Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure roofing projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee roofing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution. Utilize construction management software such as Company Cam and Roofr to streamline project workflows. Supervise project teams on-site; manage staffing levels, assign tasks, and foster effective communication across all stakeholders. Ensure all construction regulatory compliance requirements are met prior to starting job. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety adherence, and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience managing residential roofing jobs, large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects; familiarity with managing complex projects is essential. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to pull a trailer. Must be familiar with roofing materials, machinery, tools, equipment, safety protocals, and have basic knowledge of roofing. Must work well with others while also having leadership skills. Must have organizational skills as well paying attention to detail. Strong knowledge of roofing and construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies applicable to heavy civil or infrastructure work. Ability to learn project management software including Company Cam, Roofr, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on construction site experience combined with excellent project scheduling and coordination skills. Experience with construction plans. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role; excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of contracts management and negotiation strategies related to construction projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; time management is critical for success in this role. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), OSHA safety certifications or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
