Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to support Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers with day-to-day project activities. This position will coordinate with customers, vendors, internal departments, engineering teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure project documentation, deliverables, schedules, and open items remain accurate and up to date. Responsibilities Provide project management support to Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers. Interface with customers, manufacturing teams, U.S. and international vendors, and internal departments. Maintain document and drawing control procedures, including record drawings. Audit correspondence and drawing databases to ensure information is accurate and properly entered. Track open items between customers, vendors, and internal departments through resolution and closure. Attend project and design review meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Support project scheduling activities and communicate master schedule updates. Prepare and edit project correspondence, including drawing submittals, prior to customer release. Maintain deliverables and CDRL status lists and follow up on pending items. Prepare and track engineering changes, vendor back charges, field modification instructions, and requests for clarification. Track customer invoice status and assist with monthly progress reports. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in project coordination, project administration, document control, engineering coordination, manufacturing, transportation, or a closely related industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Additional language skills are a plus.
