Job Description
Job Summary :
This in-office position focuses on owning the preconstruction modeling and coordination function by designing and laying out trusses. The coordinator produces precise 3D structural models using AutoCAD and Revit, integrates truss and mechanical systems, and performs clash detection and resolution. Additional responsibilities include gathering critical framing details, capturing window, door, and shower rough openings, and defining firewall assemblies. Finally, the role requires vetting and packaging these framing layouts to hand them off to field teams about two weeks before each job start in order to accelerate schedules and eliminate rework. #BT Pay:
