Project Manager

JSG is seeking a seasoned Project Manager who will lead large-scale projects at a food manufacturing facility in Batavia, OH. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact by overseeing critical projects such as dryer replacements, equipment upgrades, and new facility builds. This is a Contract to potential direct hire role. Pay $65/hour to $70/hour

Required Skills:

5-10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in food manufacturing Bachelor's degree in a related field; graduate degree or management coursework is a plus Exceptional communication and leadership skills Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively Experience with technical documentation, stakeholder management, and construction project execution Knowledge of project management tools, systems, and process improvements Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership Nice to

Have Skills:

Specific experience in processing environments such as pet food manufacturing Professional registration in a relevant field Familiarity with new build projects, equipment installations, and process upgrades Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in manufacturing settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline 5-10 years of direct project management experience, preferably within food manufacturing Experience supervising technical professionals and managing complex contracts
