Starting salary of $75,000/annually . What You'll Do As our HR Project Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives across multiple departments and locations. Your core focus areas will include:
Strategic Project Management:
Own HR initiatives from concept to completion—building project plans, tracking timelines, and keeping cross-functional teams accountable.
M&A Integrations:
Support exciting company growth by coordinating HR workstreams for acquisitions, data migration, and onboarding transitions.
Process Transformation:
Evaluate existing workflows to eliminate manual complexity, document SOPs, and build scalable infrastructure.
HR Tech & Systems:
Drive the optimization and implementation of our HR systems, data reporting, and executive dashboards.
Compliance Initiatives:
Keep our expanding footprint secure by managing company-wide audits, policy rollouts, and handbook updates.

Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years in Human Resources, project management, business operations, or a related field.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong planning, analytical, and documentation skills.
Travel:
Willingness to travel 0-10% to other company locations as needed for integration projects.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and bend continuously for an 8-hour workday in an office setting.
