Full-time Job Summary:

The HR Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-impact human resources initiatives that align with business objectives. This role owns the full lifecycle of HR projects—from planning through execution and measurement—and ensures outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. This is a strategic and execution-focused role requiring strong project management discipline, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to translate HR initiatives into business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects (e.g., HRIS implementation, talent initiatives, performance management, organizational changes) Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resources Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities Stakeholder Management Partner with HR leadership, business leaders, and cross-functional teams Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, risks, and outcomes Process & Systems Optimization Design and improve HR processes for efficiency and scalability Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements Risk & Issue Management Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early Develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions Change Management Support organizational change initiatives tied to HR projects Develop communication and rollout strategies to ensure adoption Partner with leaders to drive engagement and behavioral change Measurement & Reporting Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects Analyze outcomes and provide insights to leadership Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvements

Qualifications:

Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related roles Proven experience leading cross-functional projects Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Some travel is required for this position Preferred PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification Experience in change management initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Competencies Project ownership and accountability Strategic thinking with execution focus Influence without authority Process improvement mindset Data-driven decision making
