Job Description
Project Manager We are a well respected construction and development firm specializing in high-quality residential and commercial builds. We are known for managing projects from concept through completion, we offer candidates exposure to diverse, design-forward work and a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery. The role focuses on planning, executing and controlling projects using a mix of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid approaches), ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks, stakeholders and quality across software and infrastructure programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery following appropriate methodology (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMP or hybrid) and tailor approaches to fit project needs. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and acceptance criteria; manage scope changes through formal change control processes and RACI matrices. Create and maintain detailed schedules and Gantt charts using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet or Wrike; perform resource planning and capacity forecasting. Develop and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking; apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to report performance and forecast outcomes. Identify, assess and mitigate risks; maintain RAID logs and drive timely issue resolution with clear escalation paths. Coordinate requirements gathering, business analysis and stakeholder management to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives. Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, contract negotiations and third-party integrations. Oversee QA/test coordination and collaborate with DevOps/CI-CD teams (Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins) to support releases and release management on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Provide PMO and portfolio management support, produce status reports, dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau or SQL reporting. Use collaboration and documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Slack) to maintain project documentation, meeting artifacts and decision logs. Implement change management practices to minimize disruption and ensure adoption; drive training and stakeholder communications. Maintain compliance with standards (ISO, ITIL) and ensure governance, audit readiness and adherence to company policies. Mentor and lead project teams, facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement activities. Drive business value by tracking metrics, time tracking, reporting and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred; Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) advantageous. 5+ years of proven project management experience delivering software, cloud or infrastructure projects; experience in PMO or portfolio management is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of multiple delivery models: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban and hybrid methodologies.
