Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with unique experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business. Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the Engineering Team in the summer of 2026! Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist PMO Office Staff to draft and plan projects startups and execution Assist with Program/Project Planning Documents Collaborates with Project Managers to monitor Program's Progression and Budget Closely work with Project Managers to develop and design projects optimization initiatives Assist with development of Program and Project Milestones Provide administrative support to the PMO Staff Contributes to project review meetings Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Engineering Variant, Program Management Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions Demonstrates curiosity and initiative Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Project Basic Project and or Engineering Management skills Planisware or similar Project Planning Tools Good presentation skills
