Position Overview:

We are seeking a Requisitions & Orders Project Manager to support a large-scale PMO transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise to drive the design and adoption of practical, scalable, and high-impact requisition and order management solutions. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the future-state processes meet operational needs and compliance standards while maximizing value delivery across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise in requisition and order management processes and tools. Advise on process design, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements. Ensure system configurations, workflows, and controls accurately reflect current and future operational needs. Partner with stakeholders to define and implement scalable solutions that support organizational objectives. Lead the assessment and validation of system enhancements and process improvements. Support change management and adoption efforts related to new requisitions and order systems. Monitor implementation outcomes to ensure performance and compliance goals are achieved. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution across workstreams.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on process optimization and systems implementation. Proven expertise in requisitions, procurement, order management, or similar operational functions. Strong understanding of business systems and workflows in enterprise environments. Experience leading process design and system configuration efforts in large-scale transformation initiatives. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in the utilities industry is a plus.
