Job Description
- Manage multifamily construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout.
- Lead project teams, assign work, and support performance development.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools to manage project delivery.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client requirements.
- 2+ years of project management experience within construction.
- Experience delivering multifamily, residential, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and effectively use Procore project management software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Offer Salary:
$100,000-$130,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives.- 15% bonus opportunity plus additional project-based incentives and profit-sharing.
- $600/month vehicle allowance and 401(k) program.
