Job Description
  • Manage multifamily construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Lead project teams, assign work, and support performance development.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools to manage project delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client requirements.

  • 2+ years of project management experience within construction.
  • Experience delivering multifamily, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use Procore project management software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Offer Salary:
$100,000-$130,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives.
