Literally. We're partnering with a well-established consumer products manufacturer to staff a brand-new plant being constructed this summer in Defiance, OH. They're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on the challenge of greenfield builds and large-scale capital execution. • The Role
• You will own the full lifecycle of capital projects valued at
• $75M or greater
• from initial scoping through commissioning and handoff. You'll lead cross-functional project teams, manage contractors on-site, and ensure every phase stays on time, on budget, and on spec. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions shape the physical plant and its future operations.
• What You'll Do
• Manage all phases of large capital projects in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Lead and coordinate contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Drive project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at every stage
• Collaborate with operations to align project outcomes with production goals
• Bring your greenfield experience to a site that's being built from scratch this September
• What You Bring
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 in consumer products, paper/tissue, or high-speed manufacturing
• Proven track record managing capital projects of
• $75M or more
• Strong leadership skills-you know how to rally contractors and internal teams toward a common goal
• Greenfield project experience is a must (this is a brand-new plant)
• Willingness to relocate to Defiance, OH within 1-2 months of starting
• Paper or tissue experience is a plus, but not required
• Compensation & Perks

• $160,000
• $200,000 per year
