Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hardscape Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of hardscape construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of project delivery, from planning and estimating to scheduling and on-site management. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hardscape projects, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces. Develop detailed construction estimates using construction estimating software, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation. Prepare project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to ensure timely completion of all project phases. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical requirements. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, and communication with stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with design specifications. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including schedules, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Skills Proven experience in heavy civil or landscape construction management with a focus on hardscape projects. Strong proficiency in construction estimating tools and project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to civil and landscape construction. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication. Excellent knowledge of contracts, scope of work development, and change order procedures. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Solid understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations. Ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the project team. Knowledge of civil 3D modeling software is a plus for design coordination purposes. Strong problem-solving skills combined with proactive decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
