About the Role Feazel is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead flat roofing projects from planning through completion. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong project leadership, overseeing crews, budgets, and quality control to ensure every job is delivered safely, on time, and to spec. What You'll Do Technical Execution Apply expert knowledge of flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen Oversee heat-welding and membrane seaming to guarantee long-term watertight performance Manage flashing, penetration detailing, and waterproofing around HVAC units, drains, vents, and parapet walls Direct drainage design, tapered insulation systems, and positive water-flow management Champion job site safety, including OSHA compliance and fall protection standards Project Leadership Manage project schedules, coordinate crews, and oversee material logistics, adjusting for weather and site conditions Lead quality-control efforts including inspections, leak diagnostics, and final project verification Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors Own budgeting, cost estimating, labor planning, and overall project financial performance What You Bring Extensive hands-on experience with commercial flat roofing systems Ability to travel Proven track record managing commercial roofing projects from start to finish Strong financial acumen, including cost estimating and budget management A leadership style that builds trust with crews, subcontractors, and clients alike A safety-first mindset and thorough understanding of OSHA standards What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401k Generous PTO plus paid holidays
