Project Manager

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT PM to join their team who is responsible for leading complex, enterprise wide IT projects from initiation through delivery and serves as primary contact between the project / production team, project sponsor and vendor(s) throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities :

•  Plan execute and finalize large scale IT projects, including software implementation, system upgrades, cloud migration and infrastructure overhauls
•  Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaborations with senior management and stakeholders
•  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and work breakdown structures
•  Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
•  Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
•  Collaborate with technical teams ( software developers, engineers and system architect) to ensure alignment of project objectives with technical capabilities and resources
•  Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance on enterprise level IT standards
•  Work closely with the business units, technical teams and external partners to understand project requirements, dependencies and priorities
•  Ensure consistent communication with all stake holders, providing project updates, progress reports and addressing concerns
