Job Description
These project manager resources will support short-term implementation and transformation initiatives across our banking customer portfolio. Responsibilities will include project planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue management, status reporting, schedule management, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. Examples of short-term projects may include customer implementation activities, deployment coordination, transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, and project recovery or stabilization engagements. Resources will be assigned based on project demand, business priorities, and alignment of their experience with the project requirements. The three Project Managers will report into one manager and will work across multiple projects as needed. We are seeking individuals who can quickly integrate into ongoing initiatives, work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
