Job Description

Job Summary:
CIT invites applications for the position of Workday Change Manager Training Coordinator, a key role in Oberlin's ERP Optimization Initiative. The Workday Change Manager & Training/Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in then successful implementation of the Workday project which entails replacing our 30-year-old legacy system, Banner, with a cloud-based ERP , Workday, in the areas of Human Resources and Finance. This role is central to ensuring the successful adoption of Workday across the institution by leading organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness efforts for a multi-year enterprise transformation. This position is joining Oberlin at a pivotal moment, helping shape how the institution transitions from a legacy ERP system to a modern platform that will support the College for decades to come. This is a full-time, 1-year renewable position reporting to the Director of IT Project Management.
Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy Develop, manage and execute a change management strategy including process, system and data changes. Continuously gauge the needs and expectations of faculty, staff and students, ensuring their interests and needs are addressed. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of change management efforts.
