Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the quote-to-order process of each project. Move orders through the internal system to gather and record project details. Set and manage Customer expectations. Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure the project is accurate and urgently distributed. Contact Customers to gauge the status of the project and ensure their commitment to the order. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to work efficiently and juggle multiple responsibilities. Plan effectively and achieve objectives for customer needs and deadlines regularly. Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. Ensure effective and high-quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor when collaborating with customers and team members. About the
