Coordinates project team activities and communication. Organizes meetings and tracks project budgets and schedules. Organizes contracts, files and reports. May coordinate projects in construction, information technology or in other industries.
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator/ PM to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are well planned and executed on time and on budget with the highest customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of Structure Cabling Projects, as well as experience with various project tracking methodologies and tools. Following industry standard PMP processes is critical for standardization. This position is also part of a PMO team. Responsible for performing and overseeing service and project activities (MACD, Special Projects, and Projects) including client site visits, walk through(s), estimating, order processing, set up of new customers, materials procurement, partner research, vetting, and selection, installations, quality control visits and picture review, returns, closeouts, as-built documentation, test result documentation, warranty submission, tracking, and validation, as well as standing and blanket order contract fulfillment with departmental resources. Works with internal resources to coordinate customer service activities with Company-wide goals and objectives. Ensures that customers are promptly, courteously, and professionally served and their questions and problems effectively resolved. Ensures the resolution of customer complaints in a timely, professional manner. Ensures that professional relations exist with internal and external contacts. Trains, supervises, and appraises service department, special project personnel, and project personnel. Responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement attitude and demonstrate actual improvements in Customer Service, Quality and Quantity (efficiency) through trend reporting.

Service Ticket Management:
Manage service tickets, small, and mid-size projects from concept to completion. Pre-sales, site walk-throughs, and estimation Resource scheduling and Management Material Procurement/Ordering Conduct Project Kickoffs Conduct routine Quality inspection Coordinate Ticket/Project Closeouts Ensure Proper Safety Focus - Written JHA & Proper PPE Adherence to BICSI, NEC, and N9 Standards Manage and prepare reporting on Ticket/Project Financials Essential Functions/Basic Duties Assume responsibility for ensuring the effective performance of PMO. 1. Develop and implement service department policies and procedures that support company-wide strategic goals. 2. Ensure information and technical assistance is provided to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with RCDD / Engineer on project success. 3. Ensures that customer orders are received, processed, and staged accurately and timely. 4. Oversee all service order processing functions, related documentation, and filing systems. 5. Gather and summarize critical customer feedback to Senior Management. 6. Manage concurrent projects Assume responsibility for ensuring effective technical service to customers 1. Ensure superior technical support. Reviews the customer complaint files and oversee the research and resolution of problems. 2. Provide feedback to other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to upgrade products and mitigate recurring issues. 3. Ensure that customers are appropriately educated about Company products. 4. Maintain and project the Company's professional reputation. Effectively supervises Service & Project personnel, ensuring optimal performance. 1. Provide leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication. 2. Ensure that PMO standards are created and followed. Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management. 1. Assists and supports related departments as required. 2. Informs Senior Management of activities and areas of significant concerns. 3. Attend and participates in meetings as required. 4. Completes reports, records, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications Education and Knowledge:
Two-year post secondary education preferred. Current BICSI I Certification required, BICSI II or BICSI Technician preferred RCDD and estimating experience a plus Knowledge of EIA/TIA and Company standards. Knowledge of NEC and other related industry code. Thorough understanding of service practices. OSHA 30 preferred, 10 required Microsoft Excel certified, preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of service or project experience required. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
