Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at 3 Pillar Homes in Powell, OH. The Job Title will support the planning and delivery of custom home projects, collaborating closely with internal teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed documentation, communicating timelines and updates, and addressing questions or issues that arise during design and construction. The individual in this role will help uphold company standards for honor, quality, and design by following established processes and contributing to continuous improvement. This position requires consistent on-site presence to engage with team members, visit project locations as needed, and support an excellent client experience. Qualifications Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and trade partners. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for tracking project information, schedules, and documentation. Basic understanding of residential construction or willingness to learn industry practices and terminology. Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with common office and project tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software); experience with construction or CRM systems is a plus. Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and alignment with the values of honor, quality, and design. Relevant education or experience in construction, project coordination, design, or a related field is beneficial.
