Job Description:
InGenesis is currently seeking a Project Manager 3 to work with our client. In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration across teams that support Contract Liquor Agencies. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring strategic alignment, and fostering seamless communication across audit, compliance, merchandising, education, and retail support functions. Key Responsibilities Lead coordination and collaboration among OHLQ Field Operations teams, including audit, compliance, merchandising, education, and retail support functions that engage with Contract Liquor Agencies. Align team schedules, workflows, and priorities to optimize resource utilization and reduce redundancies. Oversee the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with OHLQ's strategic objectives. Promote transparent communication through regular meetings, digital platforms, and reporting tools. Educate stakeholders on team interdependencies, roles, and responsibilities to support a cohesive and unified approach to Agency support. Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate records of Agency interactions to support compliance, messaging consistency, and data-driven decision-making. Identify risks, resolve cross-team issues, and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Track performance metrics, develop leadership reports, and recommend actionable insights to improve outcomes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex, stakeholder-driven environments. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading meetings and driving consensus. Working knowledge of inventory management best practices and retail marketing principles. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
