+ Incentives About the Position Complete Detail Cleaning & Restoration is looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to join our growing restoration team. This is not a desk-based project management position. Our Field Project Managers are senior restoration technicians who lead projects while working alongside their crews in the field . You will typically work with a helper technician, additional technicians, or subcontractors to complete water mitigation, fire, mold, environmental, and other restoration projects. As the working leader on the project, you are responsible for getting the work completed correctly and efficiently while maintaining our standards for quality, documentation, safety, customer experience, and professionalism . You'll also play an important role in developing the people around you. We expect our Field Project Managers to teach less-experienced technicians, demonstrate proper restoration techniques, and help build the next generation of leaders within our company. A Day in the Life No two days in restoration are exactly the same. As a Field Project Manager, you'll arrive prepared to take ownership of your assigned project and lead the technician or crew working alongside you. Depending on the project, your day may include: Water extraction and structural drying Demolition and removal of affected materials Setting and monitoring drying equipment Taking moisture readings and documenting drying progress Mold and environmental remediation Fire and smoke cleanup Contents manipulation and protection Setting containments and engineering controls Operating restoration equipment and tools Coordinating subcontractors Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicating directly with customers Documenting work through photos, notes, readings, equipment records, and job logs Training and developing technicians working alongside you You won't simply tell other people what needs to be done. You will lead from the front and work alongside your team. Key Responsibilities Perform restoration and mitigation work in the field Lead assigned projects from field start through production completion Understand and execute the approved scope of work Establish the daily production plan for yourself and your crew Assign and explain tasks to technicians working alongside you Train technicians on proper restoration procedures and company standards Lead through work ethic, professionalism, organization, and quality Monitor project progress and communicate potential problems proactively Maintain accurate photos, notes, moisture readings, equipment records, and project documentation Track equipment, materials, and labor used on assigned projects Identify additional damage or changes in scope and communicate them to management Coordinate and work alongside subcontractors when assigned Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Protect customers' homes, businesses, and belongings throughout the restoration process Provide customers with clear and professional updates regarding the work being performed Maintain assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment Assist with equipment and vehicle readiness Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled Perform additional physical restoration work as needed to keep projects moving Leadership & Technician Development Being a Field Project Manager means more than being one of our strongest technicians. Part of your responsibility is helping us develop the next generation of great restoration technicians. You will work directly alongside less-experienced technicians and help develop their abilities in areas including: Water mitigation and restoration techniques Equipment setup and structural drying Moisture monitoring Proper project documentation Demolition techniques Containment procedures Equipment care Safety Job-site organization Customer communication Productivity and time management Problem-solving Professionalism and accountability We expect our Field Project Managers to teach, coach, correct, encourage, and lead by example. Your success isn't measured only by how much work you personally accomplish. It's also measured by whether the technicians working alongside you are becoming more capable. What You Own On your assigned projects, you are responsible for: Quality. Production. Documentation. Customer Experience. Safety. We expect Field Project Managers to take ownership of their projects and communicate quickly when they need additional resources, clarification, or support. Problems will happen in restoration. Our expectation is that our Field Project Managers identify them early, communicate them clearly, and help develop solutions that keep the project moving forward.

Compensation & Earning Potential Hourly Pay Range:

$25.00

00/hour Starting compensation is based on restoration experience, certifications, technical ability, leadership experience, and demonstrated field capabilities. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half for eligible hours worked over 40 per week. Restoration is an emergency-response industry, and overtime opportunities can significantly increase annual earning potential. Based on consistent weekly hours, potential gross earnings before additional bonuses and incentives are approximately: Hourly Rate 50 Hours / Week 60 Hours $25/hour $71,500/year

• $127,400/year Annualized examples assume 52 weeks worked at the stated weekly hours, with overtime paid at 1.

5× the regular hourly rate after 40 hours. Actual hours and annual earnings will vary. Preferred qualifications include:

Restoration or water mitigation experience Experience independently completing restoration projects Experience leading, teaching, or training other technicians Understanding of structural drying principles Experience with water extraction, demolition, drying equipment, and moisture monitoring Ability to understand and execute written scopes of work Ability to understand basic project budgets and production expectations Strong hands-on mechanical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Professional customer communication skills Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to perform physical restoration work throughout the workday Willingness to participate in emergency and after-hours work IICRC certifications preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Candidates who are currently strong restoration technicians and are ready to take the next step into project leadership and technician development are encouraged to apply.
