full-time Company Description Bruns General Contracting is an employee-owned design/build general contractor headquartered in Tipp City, Ohio, serving industrial, religious, automotive, commercial, healthcare, and residential development markets. The company provides new construction, building additions, renovations, and a full range of general contracting and leasing services. Bruns General Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. If you thrive on keeping jobs on schedule, on budget, and built right the first time, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, from planning through final walkthrough Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders Coordinate with superintendents and field crews to ensure work meets quality and safety standards Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability Track project progress and report status to leadership and clients Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in project management within general contracting or commercial construction Working knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting Strong communication and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites Why Bruns General Contracting Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
