About the Power Solutions Group Our Power Solutions Group plays a critical role in supporting the electrical infrastructure that powers industries and communities. We specialize in delivering high-quality substation solutions, including manufacturing, refurbishment, and repair services. By combining engineering expertise with operational excellence, the team ensures reliable, efficient, and safe delivery of products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Project Manager, you'll be at the center of this mission—driving coordination, communication, and execution across every stage of the project lifecycle. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of substation projects—from contract award through completion. In this role, you'll coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end project execution for substation orders, including engineering, production, inventory, and deliveryAct as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations, transportation, scheduling)Build and maintain detailed project schedules, aligned with manufacturing timelines and material availabilityPartner with engineering on design reviews, drawings, specifications, and approvalsManage customer repair workstreams, including pickup, evaluation, quoting, and final dispositionTrack project progress, job closure, invoicing, and change ordersIdentify risks across supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory, and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and internal teamsEnsure thorough and accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverablesUphold all safety, quality, and compliance standards
