Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Small general contractor focusing residential, commercial, and industrial projects Serve as liaison between project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors Cost Tracking & Financial Support Track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings Assist with contract documentation and change order tracking Assist in developing and updating project schedules Track milestone dates and deliverables Coordinate meetings (pre-construction, subcontractor, safety, owner) Track final inspections and sign-offs Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Toledo, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
