Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee exterior construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage roofing, siding, gutter, door, and window installations while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously from scheduling to completion Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards Communicate with clients regarding project updates and expectations Review contracts, budgets, and timelines Resolve job site issues efficiently and professionally Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Maintain accurate project documentation Qualifications Experience in construction project management (exteriors preferred) Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and windows Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans, contracts, and specifications Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Technology experience, Smart phones, IPads, and laptops Preferred Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with project management software OSHA certification (preferred but not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance bonuses Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief description of your experience to: brendajohnson@salinasexteriors.com Salinas Exteriors is an
