Commercial Roofing Project Manager

As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager , you will combine business development and project oversight, requiring strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing roofing projects from initial sale through completion. Identify and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities Oversee projects from contract signing to final completion Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Conduct site visits, inspections, and client consultations Schedule jobs, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met Negotiate contracts and close sales

Job Requirements :

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites 2+ years of commercial roofing sales or project management experience Proficiency with estimating software and CRM tools is a plus HS Diploma/GED required Bring your skills to a place where they matter.
