Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations BT3 Renovations | Family-Owned | Growing Team BT3 Renovations is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily renovation projects from start to finish. We're a family-owned business built on trust, accountability, and doing what we say we're going to do. We're looking for someone who shares those values-a trustworthy, responsible professional who takes ownership and delivers results. We operate across multiple states, and while this role is primarily Ohio-based. It does require someone who is comfortable with light travel to out of state job sites as needed. What You'll Do Manage multifamily renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance Coordinate with owners, property teams, and field staff Drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery Handle change orders, cost tracking, and project reporting Contribute to business development by nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying future work opportunities. Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and scopes of work for clarity and alignment with project goals. Support preconstruction efforts by reviewing estimates and providing input on project approach and planning.
