Role:
Project Coordinator Employment Type:
Full-Time Compensation Range:
Hourly + Performance Incentives (Details During Interview) Derheim Painting and Home Improvement is hiring a Project Coordinator in Ardmore, OK. This is a full time hourly role with performance incentives reviewed quarterly. You will be the central hub of our production team, the person who keeps every project scheduled, staffed, and moving from first wall to last gutter.
Who You Are:
You are the person who notices when something is out of place and fixes it before anyone asks. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You are calm and focused when the schedule gets tight. You are a clear communicator who makes homeowners feel informed and taken care of. You love structure, planning, and staying one step ahead of problems. You believe in owning your work and following through on the details.
Who We Are:
We started with interior and exterior painting in 2020 and grew deliberately from there. Our own crew now handles cabinet refinishing, drywall, carpentry, paint grade siding, and seamless gutters. Customers get one team for the whole project, not a stranger subcontracted in halfway through.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Schedule sold projects quickly and accurately. Assign projects to Project Managers based on workload, skillset, and fit. Communicate with homeowners from scheduling through completion. Track every active and upcoming job in real time. Spot and resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects moving.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Hourly pay plus performance incentives, reviewed quarterly. Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility based on business needs. Clear expectations, systems, and support so you can succeed as a Project Coordinator. Room to grow as the company keeps adding services. Employment is contingent on a clean background and drug test, and the role includes a 30 day introductory period.
