We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of project management experience in the concrete or commercial construction industry. Job ResponsibilitiesManage concrete construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment Work closely with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and overall performance Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents Assist with estimating, scheduling, change orders, and project documentation Communicate project updates and resolve issues that could impact schedules or production Visit and oversee active jobsites as required Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards RequirementsMinimum 1-2 years of project management experience preferred Concrete construction experience strongly preferred Commercial construction experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel to projects as required Reliable, professional, and ready for a long-term career opportunity Compensation & Benefits$90,000•110,000 annual salary based on experience Direct-hire position Per diem provided for qualifying travel Company truck provided Company gas card provided 401(k) eligibility upon hire Health benefits PTO begins accruing upon hire Additional Information1st shift position with hours based on project schedules Projects and jobsites may vary Opportunity to work for an established concrete contractor Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking for long-term career growth .How to ApplyGive People Source OKC a call with any questions or stop by our office in person to learn more about this opportunity.
