$60,000•70,000 (DOE)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMWOverviewRobert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a dynamic Project Management team. This is a highly administrative and accounting-focused role that will involve managing contracts, tracking invoices, and supporting change orders for construction-related projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills, along with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role over time.eKey ResponsibilitiesManage and track subcontracts and vendor agreements (security, rentals, dumpsters, etc.) for projects under $100KReview, analyze, and process project invoices, ensuring accuracy and complianceAssist with change orders, including documentation, tracking, and updatesMaintain and reconcile project financials, budgets, and cost trackingProvide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management TeamCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on track financially and operationallyMaintain organized documentation of contracts, invoices, and project activityAssist with onboarding and training alongside internsWork primarily in an office-based environment with limited field exposure
