Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces frequent travel, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Essential Functions:

Lead all phases of project execution including estimating, proposal development, purchasing, engineering, and fabrication. Monitor job site progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company standards. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure profitability. Maintain clear communication and documentation with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools/software such as Procore and Salesforce. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Knowledge of estimating software and mechanical system installations.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience. 1 to 3 years of project management experience in a mechanical or construction environment preferred.

$72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
