Our Project Coordinator - OCR will be at the heart of the action, supporting the CCSG Support and Program Engagement team within the Office of Cancer Research. If you love keeping complex projects moving, connecting people, and creating seamless experiences behind the scenes, this role puts you right where the momentum happens. What Makes This Role Exciting As the Project Coordinator - OCR, you'll be the organizational engine behind some of the center's most impactful initiatives. You'll support high-level research leadership, coordinate major programs, and help shape the experience of visiting scientists and speakers who contribute to our scientific community. You'll play a vital role in: Driving research leadership operations by coordinating key SCC meetings, managing logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring communication flows smoothly Supporting Shared Resource committees that help advance cutting-edge research infrastructure. Elevating the SCC Seminar Series by coordinating speaker travel, presentation logistics, and serving as the primary liaison for invited experts. Keeping major programmatic projects on track through scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination. Ensuring seamless communication across campus partners, internal leadership, and research teams. Bachelor's degree 24 months of project management or related experienceEquivalency/Substitution:
