Learn more at ou.edu/research Senior PM for Research Security The Senior Project Manager for Research Security leads day-to-day coordination of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) implementation, restricted research space readiness, secure computing environments, and compliance documentation to ensure research security requirements are executed accurately and on time. This role serves as the primary project-level liaison between the Office of the Vice President for Research and Partnerships, Industrial Security, IT, Export Controls, Facilities Management, and research units, tracking requirements, resolving dependencies, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout project lifecycles. The position develops and maintains project plans, compliance trackers, risk logs, and audit-ready documentation for industrial security and restricted area certifications, while also identifying workflow gaps, proposing process improvements, and helping standardize repeatable procedures that reduce risk and build institutional capacity. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline relevant to the area of specialty 6 years of related experience
Equivalency/Substitution:
Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
