Project Manager Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing ACP projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scopes, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. This role serves as a key point of coordination between estimating, field operations, subcontractors, and clients, and plays a critical role in driving successful project execution and profitability. Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Read, interpret, and understand project plans, specifications, and contractual requirements. Coordinate submittals, drawdowns, pricing, quotes, RFQ's, RFI's, change orders, owners manuals (O&M), warranties services. and documentation required for project execution. Gather, organize, and distribute project plans, schedules, specifications, and documents in accordance with contract obligations. Develop and coordinate with clients the development of project phasing, sequencing, schedules, and execution strategies. Project Execution & Oversight Attend and actively participate in preconstruction, construction, and post-construction meetings. Ensure ACP scopes of work and schedules align with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Manage labor, materials, equipment, and travel needs for assigned projects. Coordinate and manage employees, foremen, subcontractors as required to meet ACP contractual obligations. Plan, recruit, and coordinate project manpower, including field labor, foremen, and specialized subcontractors, to meet project schedules and scope requirements. Travel as needed to support crews, project schedules, and scope execution. Estimating, Billing & Closeout Support Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for RFQ's/RFP's, change orders using company estimating software and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with accounting for accurate progress billing through company software and processes. Manage project closeout documentation to ensure eligibility for commission and final billing. General Responsibilities Coordinate ACP's operations contractual obligations across assigned projects. Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned to support overall company operations. Salary Pay Plus + Commission +
