Job Description

Position Overview Loyal Builders is seeking an experienced Operations Integrator / General Manager to oversee daily operations and help turn the owner's vision into organized, measurable execution. This person will lead the management team, coordinate departments, improve company systems, establish accountability, and ensure company priorities are completed. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can bring clarity and structure to a growing company without sacrificing quality or relationships. This is a senior leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, improving systems, and taking responsibility for company-wide results. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of Loyal Builders. Translate the owner's goals and ideas into practical plans, assignments, and deadlines. Lead structured weekly management meetings. Hold managers and team members accountable for responsibilities and results. Coordinate communication between sales, estimating, purchasing, project management, accounting, and office administration. Identify and resolve operational problems before they are escalated to the owner. Develop and improve systems, workflows, scorecards, and standard operating procedures. Monitor company priorities, performance goals, and departmental progress. Help ensure construction projects remain on schedule and within budget. Improve coordination between estimators, project managers, office personnel, and field teams. Review recurring estimating errors, scheduling delays, material issues, and communication problems. Support hiring, training, performance management, and leadership development. Provide clear and honest operational feedback to the company owner. Protect the company's standards, core values, customer experience, and profitability as it grows. Qualifications Previous experience leading business operations, teams, or multiple departments. Experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Integrator, COO, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership position. Strong leadership, management, and accountability skills. Proven ability to turn goals and ideas into completed work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable addressing employee performance and resolving conflict professionally. Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience using business software, reports, scorecards, and performance measurements. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar business applications. Construction, custom home building, general contracting, or related industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with JobTread, QuickBooks Online, or EOS is helpful but not required. Ideal Candidate The right person for this role: Takes ownership instead of making excuses. Cares about people while maintaining high performance standards. Protects quality while improving efficiency. Work Requirements This is an in-person position based in Prague, Oklahoma. Regular attendance during normal business hours is required. Occasional visits to construction projects and meetings may be required. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Prague office.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
