We're growing, and we need someone who can take a signed job and actually get it done right, on time, without us having to babysit it. If you've run crews before, you know the drill: schedules shift, weather doesn't cooperate, someone's out sick, a customer wants an update. We need somebody who can handle that without it turning into a fire drill every day. What You'll Actually Be Doing Take a job from signed contract to finished product Schedule and run our field crews and any subs we bring in Be the point person for the customer once the job starts — no radio silence Keep jobs on budget and know where every job stands in SingleOps Walk job sites and catch problems before the customer does Work with our sales team so nothing falls through the cracks on handoff What You Need A couple years managing landscaping, construction, or field crews — not just working on one Can run more than one job at a time without losing track Comfortable using a CRM or scheduling software to keep jobs organized Can talk to a customer and a crew guy in the same conversation and make sense to both Valid license, fine being out on job sites regularly — this isn't a desk job Nice to Have, Not Required Landscaping, hardscape, or irrigation background Used SingleOps or something similar before Managed bigger jobs ($30k+) Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a real plus out in the field
