We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. Every day is a little different, and that's exactly what makes this role rewarding. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys serving both our customers and our team while helping move important projects forward. What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities may include: Lead the day-to-day operations of Haskell County Water Company. Supervise, coach, and support employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace. Oversee company projects from planning through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Work closely with the Board of Directors by providing operational updates, recommendations on policies, budgets, projects, and strategic initiatives. Develop and improve company policies, procedures, and operational practices. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen overall operations. Help coordinate responses to water outages, emergencies, and other operational issues to ensure reliable service for customers. Respond to customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, fairness, and a commitment to excellent service. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, vendors, regulatory agencies, and community partners. Manage project budgets, contracts, purchasing, and documentation. Ensure the company operates safely and complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for the Board of Directors. Take initiative, solve challenges, and step in wherever needed to support the mission and success of Haskell County Water Company. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Has strong project management skills. Can manage multiple priorities without losing focus. Communicates professionally with employees, contractors, and customers. Is confident making decisions and solving problems. Works well independently and as part of a team. Has strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities. Takes initiative and follows projects through to completion. Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership or management experience. Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, and multiple priorities. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in utilities, operations, or a related field. Valid Oklahoma driver's license.
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
