About this Position Brand Management is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to ensure OSU's marketing and communications work meets deadlines and objectives from request to delivery. This role is the day-to-day engine of the team's project management system - entering, tracking and updating projects in the project management system, maintaining timelines and calendars, and helping ensure work stays organized, on schedule and on brand. The coordinator also coordinates the university's photo and video production, scheduling and confirming shoots and fielding multimedia requests, and serves as steward of OSU's visual archive of photos and videos through active digital asset management. This individual will utilize skills in project coordination, scheduling, digital asset management and cross-team communication to support the operational systems of the department, while ensuring consistent tracking and alignment with campus, college and division priorities. These efforts align with OSU's strategic marketing and communications plan which prioritizes recruitment, retention and reputation management. Must have an understanding of project management software and workflows, digital asset management practices, and the coordination required to support high-volume creative production. The individual should demonstrate organization, attention to detail, responsiveness and a service orientation in support of Oklahoma State University.
