The at:
project is J Bar J's anti-trafficking program, supporting individuals navigating exploitation, recovery, and long-term stability. We're looking for a Program Manager who can lead with both structure and heart
  • someone who can keep a complex program running smoothly while supporting a team doing deeply meaningful work. This role blends leadership, coordination, and real-world impact. What you'll be doing You'll be the person helping the program run effectively
  • for staff, for partners, and most importantly, for clients.
Supporting and guiding a team of advocates providing direct services Making sure referrals are responded to quickly and assigned thoughtfully Keeping program operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly Identifying gaps or challenges and helping improve systems Working closely with leadership to strengthen and grow the program Some days are focused on logistics and coordination. Others are about supporting staff through complex situations. Most are a mix of both. Who this role is a good fit for You might be a strong candidate if you: Have experience in social services, case management, or program coordination Are comfortable supervising staff and navigating complex situations Can balance compassion with accountability Stay organized when there are a lot of moving pieces Care deeply about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma Lived experience with trafficking is welcomed and valued (disclosure is not required). The basics Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience Experience with program management, documentation, or grant-related work CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check Why this role matters This is a role where your work directly impacts how services are delivered and experienced.
