Position:
O&M Digital Project CoordinatorDuration:
3+ monthsBased in the United States - this opportunity is REMOTE Pay Rate $95.00 - $125.00 per hour W2 I am looking for an experienced O&M Digital Project Coordinator to support the digital systems needed for the operation and maintenance of Small Modular Reactor facilities. This person must have experience with Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 requirements. must have Nuclear, energy, utilities, or other regulated-industry experience This is a technical project coordination role working across O&M Services, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and external vendors. The position will help connect PLM, ERP, EAM, and plant systems while supporting long-term digital thread initiatives. ResponsibilitiesTranslate O&M business processes into system and platform requirements.

Coordinate integrations across OT, EAM, ERP, and PLM platforms.

Define data flows between plant tags, assets, configuration items, and maintenance records.

Evaluate platforms such as Aras, Maximo, Oracle Fusion, and AVEVA.Coordinate vendor discussions and prepare recommendations for leadership.

Define digital workflows, including converting equipment alerts into maintenance work orders.

Support implementation planning, pilot programs, and transition to enterprise-scale solutions.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience with industrial IT, engineering systems, enterprise applications, or O&M environments.

Working knowledge of Aras is required.

Experience integrating PLM, ERP, EAM, or OT platforms.

Strong requirements-gathering, project coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nuclear, energy, utilities, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.

Experience with Maximo, Oracle Fusion, AVEVA, digital thread, or digital twin concepts is preferred.

Must be eligible to work under Dept of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 requirements.
