• THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

• NW Industrial Staffing is recruiting an experience Lead Project Manager for a leading commercial cabinet and architectural millwork manufacturer in Eugene to lead and oversee our project management team within a fast-paced commercial cabinet manufacturing environment.

JOB DUTIES, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience, including a mandatory background in Project Management; experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or construction is highly preferred.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and field installers Preferred Experience
• Background in architectural millwork or commercial cabinetry manufacturing
• Familiarity with shop production workflows and installation coordination
• Experience with high-end commercial or hospitality projects
