Physical Therapist (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)

Overview Heal Better Cryotherapy is a growing wellness and recovery center in Eugene, OR. We are expanding into physical therapy and looking for experienced PTs who want flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build a program from the ground up. This is ideal for a PT who prefers a low-pressure, cash-based environment over a traditional high-volume clinic. What We Offer Flexible, self-directed schedule Independent work environment (no micromanagement) Opportunity to help design the PT space and select equipment Growth path into a Lead PT role Collaborative wellness setting (cryo, compression, recovery services) Compensation We offer a hybrid pay model designed to provide both stability and upside: $45/hour minimum guarantee (for scheduled/available time) OR 50% of collected revenue per session Whichever is greater Equivalent to ~$45-$100/hour depending on volume ✔ Stable income when starting ✔ Higher earnings as your caseload grows Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients (orthopedic, sports, or general wellness) Create individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy and corrective exercise Educate clients on recovery and injury prevention Document visits accurately Collaborate with wellness services when appropriate Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (Oregon or eligible) 1+ year experience required (3+ years preferred) Comfortable working independently Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Interest in sports recovery, chronic pain, or wellness care is a plus Schedule Part-time Flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, or evenings) Weekday and weekend shifts available Schedule grows with demand About Heal Better Cryotherapy We specialize in recovery and performance services for athletes and individuals managing pain, fatigue, and chronic conditions.
