Ideal Candidate Experience and Background:
Technical Knowledge Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cable installation and splicing industry. Strong understanding of outside plant (OSP) underground construction, fiber optic splicing, testing, and industry standards. Ability to identify potential issues before they become costly delays. Familiarity with GIS, As-Builts, and fiber network design. Experience with project management software (Smartsheets and Vitruvi). Planning and Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple projects, crews, schedules, budgets, and material deliveries simultaneously. Keeps work progressing by anticipating dependencies and adjusting plans as conditions change. Skilled at tracking milestones, managing documentation, and producing project reports. Leadership and Communication Builds trust with field crews, subcontractors, and customers. Clearly communicates expectations, resolves conflicts, and keeps stakeholders informed. $120,000.00- $140,000.
