- Description
- As a Data Center Deployment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of data center and network infrastructure deployment projects.

- Experience supporting deployment projects by coordinating activities, schedules, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Inventory Management
- Proven ability to track, manage, audit, and report on inventory levels, deployment assets, equipment, and materials across multiple projects and locations.
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Experience supporting purchasing processes, coordinating material orders, tracking shipments, and working with suppliers and vendors to meet project timelines.
- Material Logistics & Storage Management
- Ability to oversee material receiving, storage, allocation, staging, and distribution while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Project Tracking & Reporting
- Experience monitoring project status, deliverables, milestones, risks, roadblocks, and action items while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Deployment Planning Support
- Ability to assist with resource planning, deployment scheduling, site readiness activities, and coordination between customers and implementation teams.
- Data Center & Telecommunications Experience
- Strong understanding of data center deployments, network infrastructure projects, structured cabling environments, and telecommunications operations.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, deployment teams, customers, vendors, and leadership regarding project status and requirements.
- Process Documentation & Organization
- Experience maintaining project documentation, inventory records, procurement logs, deployment trackers, and operational reports.
- Problem Solving & Escalation Management
- Ability to identify project risks, logistical challenges, material shortages, and deployment roadblocks while driving timely resolution and escalation.
- Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, deployment coordination, logistics coordination, or related operational roles.
- Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or technology deployment projects.
- Strong experience with inventory management, asset tracking, procurement, and material logistics.
- Ability to track project deliverables, risks, roadblocks, dependencies, and action items across multiple projects.
- Experience coordinating activities across customers, vendors, project teams, and field personnel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience maintaining project documentation, status reports, inventory records, and deployment trackers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues proactively and drive resolution through appropriate stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deployment environment.
- Proven ability to drive accountability, maintain attention to detail, and support successful project outcomes.

- Need to be comfortable escalating issues and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment

- Job Type & Location
- This is a Contract position based out of Hermiston, OR.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $38.00
- $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
