Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support a leading enterprise technology organization in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. This role will play a critical part in driving the successful execution of marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns by managing the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery. We are looking for a strategic and detail oriented professional who thrives in highly matrixed organizations and can confidently manage multiple cross functional initiatives while keeping teams aligned, accountable, and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with teams across Product Management, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, Revenue Marketing, and other business units Lead project planning efforts including scope definition, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting Manage multiple marketing and operational projects from concept through completion Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities across cross functional workstreams Develop and enhance project management workflows, operational processes, and execution strategies Prepare and maintain clear project status updates and progress reports Model and evaluate process improvements and operational efficiencies within the PMO Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and leadership Quickly adapt between competing priorities in a fast moving environment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or 5+ years of project or program management experience 5 to 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in highly matrixed organizations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work independently as a self starter Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and driving projects to completion Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
