Job Description
Residential Project Coordinator | $55,000-$70,000 Resilient Retrofits Portland, OR Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $70,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Coordinating with subcontractors on construction projects Driver's License Full Job Description Resilient Retrofits is a Portland home performance contractor. We install heat pumps, insulation, and the electrical work that goes with them, mostly through Energy Trust of Oregon programs. Sold program jobs need someone who keeps them moving from assessment through install and closeout. That's this seat. This is not the Project Manager job. You back the PM, the assessment team, and the trades so jobs don't stall in the middle. What you'll do Help run Energy Trust program jobs from assessment through install and closeout. Track what's next on each house and chase the pieces that stall a job.
Work with subcontractors:
send a clear scope, get them scheduled, and follow up until the work is done and documented. Assist the Project Manager. Keep the board current, flag problems early, and handle follow-through so the PM isn't chasing every detail. Support the assessment team. Get assessors on the calendar, make sure they have what they need at the house, and keep reports and photos moving so estimates and installs aren't waiting. Keep homeowners in the loop on timing so they know who's showing up and when. Coordinate across HVAC, electrical, weatherization, and the office so the next trade isn't standing around. Use ServiceTitan (or pick it up fast) to keep jobs and schedules accurate. Who we're looking for You've coordinated residential construction, remodeling, HVAC, weatherization, or utility/energy-program work. You've kept a stack of jobs moving, not just one project at a time. You follow up without being asked. You write things down. Nothing lives only in your head. You're comfortable talking to homeowners, subs, and field crews, and people get a straight answer from you. Valid driver's license. You'll be at the office and out at houses across the Portland metro, and sometimes SW Washington. Based in or near Portland. Nice to have Energy Trust of Oregon, utility rebate, or home performance program experience ServiceTitan or similar field software Spanish You've worked with subcontractors or an assessment/audit team before Pay and benefits $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience Full-time W-2, Monday to Friday, based at our NE Portland shop Health coverage through anHRA:
