As a premier water damage remediation contractor, we are committed to setting the standard in our industry. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to new jobs and service calls Manage restoration projects and team members effectively Ensure high-quality water mitigation services on every job Maintain strict quality control and adherence to company drying standards Schedule jobs efficiently and monitor progress throughout completion Deliver excellent customer service and client communication Maintain detailed job documentation, including daily progress logs, photo documentation, mobile app reporting, and accurate completion of all company forms. Requirements IICRC certification (preferred) Experience in water mitigation/restoration Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics) Availability for on-call, 24/7 emergency response rotation Ability to pass a background check Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Valid driver's license with a good driving record Professional appearance (uniform provided) Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health Insurance Retirement Plan Competitive pay + performance bonuses Career growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
