Job Summary:
The group you'll be a part of In the Global Products Group, we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering ofLam's etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutionsare helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. The impact you'll make As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for insert group or strategic initiative. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget. In this role, you will directly contribute to The Deposition Group. What you'll do Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, engineering project management, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. Evaluates customer support and engineering commitments to ensure customer requirements are met Serves as liaison between global logistics, engineering, supply chain and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures Observe consumption patterns and analyze data trends. Tracking metrics to align with existing SLAs for various business partners Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis. Who we're looking for The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Self-starter to develop project proposals, communicate and work with key stakeholders, ability to communicate across multiple groups without hesitancy. Good communication skills and able to proactively navigate in a dynamic environment Willingness to manage discussions with executive management drilling down to details and managing efforts hands on. Able to manage within a cross-functional team with little guidance or direction Critical, independent thinker and solutions oriented
Minimum Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. Experience with MES systems and proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
