What You'll Do Depending on experience, you will Coach, Lead, or Direct classes.

Responsibilities include:

Coach gymnastics classes for children of all ages and abilities Lead structured lesson plans (warm-ups, conditioning, skill development) Utilize our unique bungee training system Provide individualized feedback and track student progress Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment Ensure equipment safety and enforce gym standards Communicate with parents about progress and updates Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent experience Participate in ongoing training and development What We're Looking For Our best coaches are: Dependable — consistent, punctual, and reliable Great with kids — engaging, encouraging, and energetic Coachable — open to feedback and always improving Team-oriented — contribute to a positive, professional culture Structured — able to follow and execute a proven system Preferred (Not Required) Former Tilton's student (always a plus) Experience working with children Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletics Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and role) Private lessons available ( high demand for additional income ) Gymnastics shoes + staff apparel provided Advancement opportunities into leadership roles Schedule Flexible hours Monday-Friday (varies) Evenings and some weekends required Who This Role Is Great For Someone looking for part-time or full-time work Someone who enjoys working with people and kids Someone dependable who takes pride in doing things the right way Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role over time Apply Today If you're passionate about working with kids and want to be part of a program that builds confidence and skills that last a lifetime—we'd love to meet you.
