The impact you'll make As a Project Manager Level 3, your leadership will be instrumental in driving complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and collaboratively. What you'll do Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery. Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure achievement of deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to progress. Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies. Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Who we're looking for Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience. Three years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. PMP, PgMP certification, or an equivalent advanced project management credential. Demonstrate leadership, effective verbal and written communication at all levels. Adaptable, analytical, and proactive in addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment. Success working in an empowering team environment and driving organizational transformation.
